Step 2: Create a Mapping

1. Go to SyncMaster → Mappings.

   
2. Click Add New Mapping.

   
3. Select:

   • Source Table (the table in your external database, e.g., customers)

     
   • Destination Table (the table in Perfex CRM, e.g., clients)

4. Save the mapping.

   

5. (Optional) Create a Mapping Group to organize multiple mappings.

👉 Example:

• Source: ERP customers → Destination: Perfex clients

• Source: ERP invoices → Destination: Perfex invoices
