Step 1: Create a Database Connection

1. Go to SyncMaster → Settings → Connections.

2. Click Add New Connection.

   
3. Fill in:

   • Name (any name for your connection)

   • Host (usually localhost or your server IP)

   • Database Name

   • Username & Password

   • Port (default is 3306)

   • Charset (default is utf8mb4)

4. Click Test Connection.

   

• If it works → click Save Connection.

  

• If not → double-check details.

✅ Now your external database is linked with Perfex CRM.
